Florida High School Lacrosse - Boca Raton can't hold off Calvary Christian Academy
February 24, 2025: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 Calvary Christian Academy Eagles (Fort Lauderdale, FL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their lacrosse team nudge the visiting Boca Raton Bobcats (Boca Raton, FL), 1-0 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Calvary Christian Academy advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Eagles host Stoneman Douglas (Parkland, FL) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 25. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 1-2. Stoneman Douglas won 19-5 in their recent non-league game against Archbishop McCarthy (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
The Bobcats now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spanish River for a 2A D14 game on Thursday, February 27. Boca Raton will play a Sharks team coming off a 14-13 non-league win over Cardinal Newman (West Palm Beach, FL). The Sharks record now stands at 3-1.
