Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Monessen thwarts Carlynton
February 27, 2024: Monessen, PA 15062 The Monessen Greyhounds (Monessen, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Carlynton Cougars (Carnegie, PA), 62-47 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Greyhounds (20-6) will now prepare for their test against Fort Cherry (McDonald, PA). The Rangers go into the non-league test with a 19-6 record. In their last test, Fort Cherry went down by Aliquippa (Aliquippa, PA), 55-36, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 8-15 record.
