Alabama High School Baseball - West End defeats Glencoe
February 27, 2025: Glencoe, AL 35905 The West End Patriots (Walnut Grove, AL) baseball trounced the host Glencoe Yellowjackets (Glencoe, AL), 14-7 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Patriots now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Falkville for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 1. West End will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 18-5 non-league win over Columbia (Huntsville, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Glencoe drops to 0-6 on the year. The Yellowjackets travel to Cherokee County (Centre, AL) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 4. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Cherokee County lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Woodland (Cartersville, GA)
