Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles (Belden, MS) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Hickory Flat Rebels (Hickory Flat, MS), 30-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Tupelo Christian Prep advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Strayhorn (Sarah, MS) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league match on Friday, February 28. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 2-2. Strayhorn lost 14-4 in their recent non-league match against Olive Branch (Olive Branch, MS)

The Rebels now have a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ripley for a non-league match on Saturday, March 1. Hickory Flat will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 11-10 non-league win over Saltillo (Saltillo, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 1-3.
