In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Tupelo Christian Prep Eagles baseball team scored a nice 16-3 win over the Strayhorn Mustangs.

The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Tremont (Tremont, MS). The Eagles go into the 1A Region 1 game with a 1-2 record.

Next, the Mustangs play the Water Valley Blue Devils (Water Valley, MS) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 4. Strayhorn will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Blue Devils go into the game with a 3-3 record after their 11-8 non-league win over South Panola (Batesville, MS).
