North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Sun Valley drops to Ardrey Kell

Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC), 19-1 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Ardrey Kell advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Butler (Matthews, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a Southwestern/So Meck game on Monday, March 3. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 1-0. Butler won 11-2 in their recent non-league game against Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC)

The Spartans now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Iredell for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 4. Sun Valley will play a Vikings team coming off a 19-0 league loss to Hough (Cornelius, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 0-2.
