The Big Valley Christian Lions (Modesto, CA) softball routed the host Ripon Indians (Ripon, CA), 15-4 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Lions now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stagg for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 1. Big Valley Christian will encounter a Delta Kings team coming off a 16-8 non-league win over Modesto (Modesto, CA). The Delta Kings record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Ripon moves to 1-3 on the season. The Indians travel to Gregori (Modesto, CA) to encounter the Jaguars in a non-league outing on Friday, February 28.
