Florida High School Softball - Okeechobee gets by Suncoast
The Okeechobee Brahmans nipped the visiting Suncoast Chargers softball squad by a final score of 5-4 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Brahmans (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Martin County (Stuart, FL). The Tigers go into the 7A District 12 battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Martin County was edged by Central (Fort Pierce, FL), 9-4, in a league battle.
The Chargers now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Forest Hill for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 6.
