Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Dodd City Hornets (Dodd City, TX) and the host Saltillo Lions (Saltillo, TX), saw Dodd City's basketball squad wallop Saltillo by a count of 54-28.

With the victory, Dodd City upgrades its record to 30-7 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Huckabay (Stephenville, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 3. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 29-6. Huckabay won 64-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Meridian (Meridian, TX)
