Texas High School Basketball - North Hopkins nips Dodd City
November 18, 2022: Dodd City, TX 75438 North Hopkins Panthers (Sulphur Springs, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Dodd City Hornets (Dodd City, TX), 57-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, North Hopkins upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Sulphur Bluff (Sulphur Bluff, TX) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Monday, November 21. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Sulphur Bluff lost 66-42 in their recent non-league bout against Union Grove (Gladewater, TX)
Next up, the Hornets play the Edgewood Bulldogs (Edgewood, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 21. Dodd City will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
