Texas High School Basketball - Dodd City can't hold off Nocona
December 2, 2022: Dodd City, TX 75438 The Nocona Indians basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Dodd City Hornets to 47 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tom Bean for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 3. Nocona will battle a Tomcats team coming off a 48-27 non-league loss to Bells (Bells, TX). The Tomcats record now stands at 3-3.
The Hornets (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bells (Bells, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Bells nudged Tom Bean (Tom Bean, TX), 48-27, in a non-league contest.
