Georgia High School Baseball - Screven County loses to South Effingham
February 28, 2024: Sylvania, GA 30467 The South Effingham Mustangs baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Screven County Gamecocks to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Mustangs (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Vidalia (Vidalia, GA). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Vidalia was overwhelmed by Coffee (Douglas, GA), 8-6, in a non-league match.
The Gamecocks (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Southeast Bulloch (Brooklet, GA). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Southeast Bulloch gained a win over Emanuel County Institute (Twin City, GA), 2-0, in a non-league match.
