Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Sharyland Rattlers (Mission, TX) and the host Flour Bluff Hornets (Corpus Christi, TX), saw Sharyland's baseball squad knock off Flour Bluff by a count of 4-0.

Coming up next, the Rattlers play the Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 29. Sharyland will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Warriors & Cherokees enter the battle with a 5-1 record after their 14-4 non-league win over Banquete (Banquete, TX).
