The Jackson Jaguars crushed the visiting Tri-Cities Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 13-6 in Thursday's league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Villa Rica for a 5A Area 5 bout on Saturday, March 2. Jackson will face a Wildcats team coming off a 17-0 league win over Creekside (Fairburn, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-0.

Next, the Bulldogs face the Chapel Hill Panthers (Douglasville, GA) in a 5A Area 5 bout, on Friday, March 1. Tri-Cities will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 2-6 record after their 14-2 non-league loss to Sprayberry (Marietta, GA).
