March 4, 2024: Douglasville, GA 30135 The Chapel Hill Panthers baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Tri-Cities Bulldogs to 6 in the Panthers league victory on Monday.
The Panthers (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Midtown (Atlanta, GA). The Knights go into the 5A Area 5 match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Midtown nudged Mays (Atlanta, GA), 8-7, in a league bout.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Villa Rica Wildcats (Villa Rica, GA) in a 5A Area 5 bout, on Wednesday, March 6. Tri-Cities will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 9-0 record after their 5-3 league win over Jackson (Atlanta, GA).
