March 1, 2025: Rio Rancho, NM 87144 The Cleveland Storm baseball team scored 2 runs and held the visiting Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls to 1 in the Storm non-league win on Saturday.
The Storm now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Los Lunas for a non-league test on Thursday, March 6. Cleveland will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 11-1 non-league win over Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.
With the defeat, Carlsbad drops to 1-2 on the year. The Cavemen/cavegirls travel to Belen (Belen, NM) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, March 6. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 2-1. Belen won 11-1 in their recent non-league test against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM)
