The Shawnee Indians basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Defiance Bulldogs to 43 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Indians now have a 23-2 record. They play next when they travel to Central Catholic for a non-league game on Wednesday, March 5. Shawnee will confront a Fighting Irish team coming off a 81-46 non-league win over Southview (Sylvania, OH). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 13-9.
