The Parkers Prairie Panthers basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Bertha-Hewitt Bears to 55 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 12-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wadena-Deer Creek for a non-league contest on Friday, March 4. Parkers Prairie will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 68-65 non-league win over Park Rapids (Park Rapids, MN). The Wolverines record now stands at 12-12.

The Bears (4-21) will now prepare for their contest against Pillager (Pillager, MN). The Huskies enter the AA Section 7 contest with a 9-15 record. In their last contest, Pillager was defeated by Moose Lake/Willow River (Moose Lake, MN), 76-55, in a non-league contest.
