The Menahga Braves basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Bertha-Hewitt Bears to 32 in the Braves non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Braves now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkers Prairie for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 27.

The Bears (2-14) will now prepare for their contest against Wadena-Deer Creek (Wadena, MN). The Wolverines come into the non-league contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Wadena-Deer Creek was defeated by New York Mills (New York Mills, MN), 74-68, in a non-league contest.
