In Saturday's non-league outing, the Star Valley Braves (Afton, WY) basketball squad edged the visiting Riverton Wolverines (Riverton, WY), by a count of 56-53.

The Braves (16-8) will now prepare for their outing against Campbell County (Gillette, WY). The Camels go into the non-league outing with a 9-16 record. In their last outing, Campbell County was tipped by Laramie (Laramie, WY), 61-58, in a non-league outing.

The Wolverines now hold a 19-5 record. They play next when they host Laramie for a non-league outing on Thursday, March 9. Riverton will clash with a Plainsmen squad coming off a 61-58 non-league win over Campbell County (Gillette, WY). The Plainsmen record now stands at 13-13.
