South Carolina High School Softball - Catawba Ridge holds off Lexington
March 4, 2023: Lexington, SC 29072 Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Lexington Wildcats (Lexington, SC), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Copperheads now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lugoff-Elgin for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 4.
With the loss, Lexington falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Lugoff-Elgin (Lugoff, SC) to battle the Demons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 7. The Demons enter the challenge with a record of 0-1. Lugoff-Elgin lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC)
