Alabama High School Softball - Sheffield loses to Tishomingo County
March 4, 2023: Sheffield, AL 35660 The Tishomingo County Braves softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Sheffield Bulldogs to 1 in the Braves non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Tishomingo County moves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Braves travel to Tharptown (Russellville, AL) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league game on Saturday, March 4. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 2-1. Tharptown won 11-1 in their recent non-league game against Vina (Vina, AL)
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Hatton Hornets (Town Creek, AL) in a 2A Area 13 game, on Monday, March 6. Sheffield will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Hornets come into the game with a 3-8 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Haleyville (Haleyville, AL).
