The Mt. Vernon Marauders basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Richmond Red Devils to 35 in the Marauders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Marauders now possess a 18-5 record. They play next when they travel to Anderson for a non-league game on Friday, March 7. Mt. Vernon will confront a Indians team coming off a 55-52 non-league win over Fort Wayne Wayne (Fort Wayne, IN). The Indians record now stands at 21-2.

With the loss, Richmond falls to 7-15 on the campaign.
