In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Taft Greyhounds softball team scored a nice 17-2 win over the Kaufer Seahawks.

The Greyhounds (9-4) will now prepare for their match against San Diego (San Diego, TX). The Vaqueros come into the non-league match with a 10-5 record. In their last match, San Diego notched a victory over Falfurrias (Falfurrias, TX), 19-1, in a non-league match.
