California High School Lacrosse - King drops to Huntington Beach
March 5, 2025: Huntington Beach, CA 92648 Huntington Beach Oilers (Huntington Beach, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting King Wolves (Riverside, CA), 9-1 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Huntington Beach advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Oilers host Servite (Anaheim, CA) to play the Friars in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 11. The Friars come into the game with a record of 3-2.
The Wolves now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Murrieta Mesa for a non-league game on Friday, March 7. King will play a Rams team coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Corona (Corona, CA). The Rams record now stands at 3-3.
