March 6, 2025: Armorel, AR 72310 The Armorel Tigers baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Corning Bobcats to 9 in the Tigers non-league win on Thursday.
The Tigers now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Memphis for a non-league test on Friday, March 7. Armorel will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Wynne (Wynne, AR). The Blue Devils record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Corning drops to 0-1 on the year. The Bobcats host Westside (Jonesboro, AR) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, March 7. The Warriors go into the test with a record of 0-1. Westside lost 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, AR)
