Arkansas High School Baseball - Corning holds off Hillcrest
April 1, 2025: Strawberry, AR 72469 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Corning Bobcats (Corning, AR) and the host Hillcrest Screamin Eagles (Strawberry, AR), saw Corning's baseball team gain a win over Hillcrest by a tally of 8-4.
The Bobcats (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Paragould (Paragould, AR). The Rams enter the non-league battle with a 3-4 record.
Next, the Screamin Eagles face the Crowley's Ridge Academy Falcons (Paragould, AR) in a battle, on Friday, April 4. Hillcrest will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 18-3 league loss to Armorel (Armorel, AR).
