Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Corning Cardinals (Corning, CA), 9-4 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Shasta moves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Wolves travel to East Nicolaus (Nicolaus, CA) to confront the Spartans in a non-league match on Friday, March 7. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 1-4. East Nicolaus lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Sutter (Sutter, CA)

The Cardinals now possess a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Enterprise for a non-league match on Friday, March 7. Corning will confront a Hornets squad coming off a 9-3 non-league loss to Yreka (Yreka, CA). The Hornets record now stands at 1-2.
