The Winston County Yellowjackets softball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Vina Red Devils to 1 in the Yellowjackets non-league win on Thursday.

The Yellowjackets now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brilliant for a non-league battle on Monday, March 10.

With the loss, Vina moves to 4-5 on the season. The Red devils travel to Hubbertville (Fayette, AL) to confront the Lions in a non-league battle on Friday, March 7. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 1-3.
