North Carolina High School Softball - Providence Grove bounces Central Davidson
March 7, 2024: Franklinville, NC 27233 Providence Grove Patriots (Franklinville, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Central Davidson Spartans (Lexington, NC), 13-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Patriots now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southwestern Randolph for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 8.
With the loss, Central Davidson falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Southern Alamance (Graham, NC) to battle the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 12. The Patriots enter the challenge with a record of 0-1.
