In Thursday's league test, the visiting Piedmont Highlanders lacrosse squad scored a good 16-3 victory over the Washington Huskies.

The Highlanders now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host California for a non-league test on Friday, March 8. Piedmont will face a Grizzlies squad coming off a 10-8 non-league win over Acalanes (Lafayette, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 1-2.

In their next game, the Huskies face the Latino College Preparatory Academy Golden Eagles (San Jose, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 12. Washington will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Archbishop Riordan (San Francisco, CA).
