California High School Lacrosse - Washington drops to Dougherty Valley
March 18, 2024: Fremont, CA 94536 In Monday's non-league contest, the Dougherty Valley Wildcats (San Ramon, CA) lacrosse squad routed the host Washington Huskies (Fremont, CA), by a count of 14-1.
Coming up next, the Wildcats confront the De La Salle Spartans (Concord, CA) in a East Bay contest, on Friday, March 22. Dougherty Valley will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Spartans come into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 14-8 non-league loss to St. Ignatius College Preparatory (San Francisco, CA).
The Huskies now own a 0-10 record. They take the field next when they host Moreau Catholic for a West Alameda County contest on Wednesday, March 20. Washington will confront a Mariners squad coming off a 11-4 league loss to Piedmont (Piedmont, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 1-4.
