Santa Fe Indians (Santa Fe, TX) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Foster Falcons (Richmond, TX), 8-6 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Santa Fe moves its record to 5-5 on the season. The Indians travel to Katy Taylor (Katy, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league match on Friday, March 7. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 10-3. Katy Taylor lost 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Memorial (Houston, TX)

The Falcons now possess a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to George Ranch for a 6A Region III District 20 match on Tuesday, March 11. Foster will battle a Longhorns squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Tompkins (Katy, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 8-9.
