The Amherst Broncos ran past the host Cross County Cougars basketball team by a final score of 63-48 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Broncos face the Lincoln Lutheran Warriors (Lincoln, NE) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 9. Amherst will attempt to move on its 25-2 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 19-8 record after their 51-45 non-league win over Norfolk Catholic (Norfolk, NE).
