The Morningside Monarchs baseball squad (Inglewood, CA), was overwhelmed 11-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Saddleback Roadrunners (Santa Ana, CA)

With the triumph, Saddleback moves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Roadrunners travel to Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA) to confront the Vaqueros in a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 11. The Vaqueros come into the contest with a record of 4-2. Rancho Alamitos lost 6-5 in their recent non-league contest against Pioneer (Whittier, CA)

The Monarchs now possess a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Culver City for a contest on Tuesday, March 11. Morningside will confront a Centaurs squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over West (Torrance, CA). The Centaurs record now stands at 4-4.
