March 8, 2025: Winnfield, LA 71483 The Winnfield Tigers overwhelmed the visiting Vinton Lions softball squad by a count of 12-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers meet the Port Barre Red Devils (Port Barre, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 8. Winnfield will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Red Devils go into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 17-2 non-league win over North Iberville (Rosedale, LA).
The Lions (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Mamou (Mamou, LA). The Demons go into the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Mamou was routed by Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA), 11-2, in a non-league challenge.
