The Alexander Central Cougars crushed the host West Rowan Falcons baseball team by a count of 10-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Davie for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 11. Alexander Central will face a War Eagles team coming off a 2-1 league loss to R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC). The War Eagles record now stands at 2-2.

Next, the Falcons face the Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 11. West Rowan will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 14-3 non-league win over East Davidson (Thomasville, NC).
