Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Millennium Tigers (Goodyear, AZ) and the visiting Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ), saw Millennium's baseball squad knock off Desert Mountain by a count of 13-11.

Coming up next, the Tigers play the Desert Edge Scorpions (Goodyear, AZ) in a 5A Desert West battle, on Monday, March 13. Millennium will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Scorpions come into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 5-3 non-league loss to Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ).

The Wolves now sport a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Saguaro for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 21.
