Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Shamokin Area succumbs to Valley View
March 11, 2023: Archbald, PA 18403 The Valley View Cougars topped the visiting Shamokin Area Indians basketball team by a final score of 53-39 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Cougars face the North Catholic Trojans (Cranberry Township, PA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 14. Valley View will attempt to move on its 22-4 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 19-7 record after their 89-65 non-league win over Hickory (Hermitage, PA).
With the defeat, Shamokin Area moves to 19-9 on the year.
