March 11, 2024: Leesville, LA 71446 The Leesville Wampus Cats baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Evans Eagles to 1 in the Wampus Cats non-league victory on Monday.
The Wampus Cats (4-6) will now prepare for their match against South Beauregard (Longville, LA). The Knights go into the non-league match with a 12-2 record. In their last match, South Beauregard gained a win over Evangel Christian Academy (Shreveport, LA), 8-4, in a non-league match.
The Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Ebarb (Noble, LA). The Rebels go into the C District 3 match with a 2-7 record. In their last match, Ebarb gained a win over Calvin (Calvin, LA), 11-4, in a non-league match.
