In Thursday's league bout, the Arizona College Prep Knights (Chandler, AZ) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ), by a tally of 14-2.

Next up, the Knights encounter the Niwot Cougars (Niwot, CO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 20. Arizona College Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 10-9 non-league loss to Lewis-Palmer (Monument, CO).

The Pride (2-6) will now prepare for their bout against Desert Mountain (Scottsdale, AZ). The Wolves enter the non-league bout with a 7-5 record. In their last bout, Desert Mountain achieved victory over Skyline (Mesa, AZ), 12-8, in a non-league bout.
