The Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) baseball the host Arizona College Prep Knights (Chandler, AZ), 7-5 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Wolves now own a 10-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Campo Verde for a 5A East Sky challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Desert Mountain will clash with a Coyotes team coming off a 7-3 league loss to Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ). The Coyotes record now stands at 12-10.

With the defeat, Arizona College Prep drops to 15-8 on the year. The Knights host Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ) to clash with the Saints in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Saints go into the challenge with a record of 9-14. Notre Dame Prep won 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Casteel (Queen Creek, AZ)
