The Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) baseball trounced the visiting Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ), 12-5 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Wolves now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dobson for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 10. Desert Mountain will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 11-10 non-league loss to Apollo (Glendale, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Saguaro drops to 3-3 on the year. The Sabercats travel to ALA - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 12. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 5-4. ALA - Gilbert North won 11-1 in their recent league challenge against Combs (San Tan Valley, AZ)
