Tennessee High School Baseball - Concord Christian loses to Alcoa
March 14, 2024: Alcoa, TN 37701 The Alcoa Tornadoes crushed the visiting Concord Christian Lions baseball team by a count of 16-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Tornadoes now possess a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Greeneville for a non-league bout on Friday, March 15. Alcoa will face a Greene Devils team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over East Hamilton (Ooltewah, TN). The Greene Devils record now stands at 4-1.
Next, the Lions face the King's Academy Lions (Seymour, TN) in a D II-A East 1 bout, on Monday, March 18. Concord Christian will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 15-3 non-league win over Oliver Springs (Oliver Springs, TN).
