The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Erath Bobcats (Erath, LA) and the host Central Catholic Eagles (Morgan City, LA), saw Erath's baseball team gain a win over Central Catholic by a tally of 10-7.

The Bobcats (9-9) will now prepare for their battle against Kaplan (Kaplan, LA). The Pirates enter the 3A District 5 battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Kaplan held off Lafayette Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA), 7-5, in a non-league battle.
