California High School Lacrosse - Coronado overwhelms Carlsbad
March 18, 2025: Coronado, CA 92118 The Coronado Islanders lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the visiting Carlsbad Lancers to 5 in the Islanders non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Islanders now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Torrey Pines for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 21. Coronado will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 16-4 non-league win over Scripps Ranch (San Diego, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Carlsbad falls to 8-1 on the year. The Lancers travel to La Jolla (La Jolla, CA) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 20. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 1-3. La Jolla lost 16-4 in their recent league challenge against Cathedral Catholic (San Diego, CA)
