The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Bryan Station Defenders (Lexington, KY) and the host Western Hills Wolverines (Frankfort, KY), observed Bryan Station's softball team prevail over Western Hills by a tally of 8-0.

The Defenders (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Cooper (Union, KY). The Jaguars go into the non-league bout with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, Cooper was routed by Simon Kenton (Independence, KY), 17-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the West Jessamine Colts (Nicholasville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 19. Western Hills will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record.
