The South Beauregard Knights overwhelmed the visiting Pitkin Tigers softball squad by a count of 17-7 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the St. Louis Catholic Saints (Lake Charles, LA) in a 3A District 3 challenge, on Thursday, March 20. South Beauregard will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Saints go into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Grand Lake (Lake Charles, LA).
