Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) and the visiting Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA), saw The Covenant's baseball squad edge Blue Ridge by a count of 9-8.

Coming up next, the Eagles play the Carlisle Chiefs (Axton, VA) in a VISAA Virginia Independent battle, on Friday, March 22. The Covenant will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
