The Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs lacrosse squad scored 7 points and limited the host Archbishop McCarthy Mavericks to 3 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Chiefs now hold a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they host St. Thomas Aquinas for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 26. Cardinal Gibbons will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 11-8 non-league loss to McDonogh (Owings Mills, MD). The Raiders record now stands at 11-2.

With the loss, Archbishop McCarthy falls to 2-9 on the year. The Mavericks travel to Columbus (Miami, FL) to clash with the Explorers in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 24.
